    I brought the apricot tarte recipe you requested in the comments last time!
    I've explained it step by step in the video, so if you watch it and follow it at the same time, you'll be able to enjoy a really delicious glutinous rice tart!
    I made it by replacing it with a can of ecliptic, which is easy to find in supermarkets :)
    It's a savory, sweet, and slightly salty tart! Gluten-free glutinous rice powder is chewy and the texture is excellent! If you have any questions while making it, please ask me in the comments and I'll answer in detail!! Have a delicious and healthy gluten-free dessert!!

    200g glutinous rice powder (paper cup 2 cups under 1cm)
    20g almond powder (2 tablespoons of rice)
    Baking powder 5g (2 coffee teaspoon)
    15g sugar (1 large spoonful of rice)
    Grape seed oil 15g (2 tablespoons of rice)
    Milk 45g (5 tablespoons of rice~) Adjust the amount until raw powder is mixed
    [Almond cream]
    80g unsalted butter (1 cup of paper cup)
    Sugar Powder 60 g (Paper Cup 1/2 Cup)
    80g almond powder (1 full cup of paper)
    an egg
    three pinch of salt
    It's like vanilla extract track
    [Topping]
    3 cans of Ottogi jute canning
    As much as you like
    Cranberry Diced to your taste
    ✔The ️ tart frame was used as Madrenne (large):)
    ✔Drain the ️ apricot in advance, and chop the cranberry into small pieces :)
    ✔️ Make a piece of papier dough and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    ✔Separate about 25g of ️ and pan in a tart tumbler!
    ⏰Oven 170 degrees 30 minutes
    ⏰Air fryer 160 degrees 30 minutes

    찹쌀가루는 습식인가요? 마른가루인가요?

      햇쌀마루 가루찹쌀 사용했고 습식으로 사용했어요 😊😊
