You know, today I randomly thought it would be interesting to see if anybody had done a full comprehensive tier list of led Zeppelin songs recently and it seems I was in luck. Absolutely love that you guys can agree that This song remains the same is in S, I feel like that's not too popular. Also love how hard you were fighting to put what is and what should never be in S. I definitely have a few disagreements but overall I feel like this tier list is pretty solid and I definitely enjoyed listening to the entire thing. Personally no quarter is in S, contender for top led Zeppelin song for sure, but I'm actually really happy and surprised that houses of the holy overall has the most S's because I do think it is their best album and definitely my favorite. I know I'm just some random guy in the comment section, but I really love a lot of classic bands like this If you guys do a pink Floyd song tier list one I'd love to possibly participate as I am very passionate about them and I would be willing to listen to the entire discography
I am probably more familiar with some of the live performances of these songs than I am with the studio versions, and had to do a quick comparison of some. My tier placements change quite significantly depending on which version I choose (In my time of dyin, for example). Generally agree with your list though.
Candy store rock one of the most underrated Zeppelin songs it's got such a cool 50s throwback style, the tone on the guitar is just friggin awesome. Plant's simple "oh baby baby" like nelson and roy orbison like just really friggin cool and bonham's doing some really interesting stuff like he's really in control and really tight with his footwork and stuff but he's kind of going nuts on the cymbals and making it a rock song
Nice list i enjoyed watching it, as i also did with the Beatles list. It would be great if you both also made a tier list of all Pink Floyd and Genesis songs. Would love to see that.
Nice list! I would upgrade in the light and ten years gone to A or B. My hot take is carousselambra, which I think is a fantastic song with great lyrics, cool chord progressions, and a powerful rythm section with tight bass, drums and guitar performances. If it was better mixed and they had chosen other synth sounds it could have been truly awesome.

Also clarification o wasn't trying to defend them I was just trying to say that Robert Plant wrote the lyrics to kinda call out Jimmy like u said its just self report. But at the same time it comes off as respecting the culture. Also many Rockstar of the seventies and eighties participated I this culture and its kinda sad that generations of artist looked up to these people as gods. Cus when u look up at someone as a god, their gonna think that they have unlimited power. Also I have nice day. Thx for posting.

Totally agree with what you say about the idea of the “rock god.” No artist should be seen as gods let alone Led Zeppelin. Artists are humans capable of human mistakes and evils. And I’m goad that culture is less relevant the more we know about the crimes of many musicians who have done similarly heinous things.
I'm halfway through this having watched it in 20 minute segments. I have to say these dudes are completely clueless, especially the Muppet in the hat. They constantly criticise the production, but what would they know about producing records in the 60's and 70's. It wasn't all computerised like it is now. And as for the Muppet dissing Physical Grafitti, he doesn't have a scooby. The greatest rock album EVER. I'll continue to the end probably with steam coming out of my ears, as some of my personal favourites are still to come.
Nope, perfectly sane. Long standing Zeppelin fan for over 50 years. Also, saw them live twice. Know more than this pair of Muppets who are idiots. When I reached the end they even decided to downgrade several songs because they thought they'd given too many top marks. What a farce.
