Yet Another Amazon shipping fail peanut butter wasted and poor customer service

Yet another ‪@amazon‬ shipping fail...
I am tired of calling you, getting a person that barely speaks english.
Then I get treated like a crook trying to pull something over on you.
I sent a bloody picture of YOUR mess up...
Train your employees how to pack stuff properly and you will not have this problem.
So I have to toss this giant jar of peanut butter because I don't know if it is safe. This is a time when most people are struggling to put food on the table and you blatantly waste food ....

Yes I would demand my money back. And don't forget, you can always go through your credit card company and get the payment canceled.

only about ten bucks, but no way are we gonna let that slide.
Then the customer service trying to treat us like crooks after sending them a picture.
That really gets my goat.

we dropped amazon and went with walmart way better on returning anything .

pretty much same here, got the nut butter coming from them now. says monday on the tracking.
vs Don't know when it will even ship on amazon.
