I met Aaron Lewis when I was almost 15 at one of his concerts, i told him how his music saved my life because i had totally gotten what he was singing about, we got talking and i told him my story and he told me his, then he says this and I quote," By the time your 18, I wanna see your ass on the marque"
album changed my life.

Most bands did do a short M&G that was open to everyone - hosted by BEST BUY. I think you had to purchase a CD. It was pretty early in the afternoon, so get there early!
I don't think Aaron is just going through the motions. He is my favorite front man of all time, but lets face it...he isn't a great performer. He has stated in many interviews being on stage in front of people is still uncomfortable for him.

he definitely is going through the motions, his older stuff in the early 90's is definitely way better, especially his live performances. Can we blame him though? we all get old. Idk. You're definitely under a different magnifying glass when you're a "rockstar."
