crosscut jig to get the most out of it. This is multifunction crosscut jig can use for circular saw, jigsaw, router and trim router. It's super handy to have in the shop. I think this is the best one so far.

How durable is the epoxy joint connecting the aluminum angle to the steel square tube?

I use good epoxy and the length only 450mm i think that strong enough for hold router and circular saw, i don't know if use more long version. If you worries about that you can give extra aluminum strips on bottom steel tube and L shape aluminium

Siap bang. Beneran lho ini. Krn sy lumayan kesulitan nyari bahan2 di marketplace. Kalo udah sepaket kan enak jadinya.hehe. atau mau dibikin bbrpa paket misal set bahan2nya aj kaya screw, track, clamp dll. Dipaket 1 nya plus router bit/forsner. Monggo sj marketingnya. Hehe.

Зачем направляющие расположены так высоко над плоскостью основы? Тем самым снижаются рабочие возможности по глубине реза. Особенно это важно для лобзика.
Кроме того, пилить лобзиком по направляющим так, чтобы получился ровный рез, можно только в идеальном случае, когда и пилка с симметричными зубцами, и в лобзике она сидит без перекоса её плоскости к линии реза, что в непрофессиональной сфере редко бывает. Чаще случается, что смещением лобзика под углом к направлению реза удаётся скорректировать эти недостатки.

Why tracing a FULL ligne with the pencil, every time, then using a saw guide or a trimmer guide. One or two POINTS are sufficient.

yes.. universal jigs are always great - it is only NOT so great for manufacturers who would rather make many products and sell many then ONE otherwise there won't be enough revenue for them - even the jig video makers on CZcams would rather make 20 videos - to show how to make them- you get tired of making at some point for sure.
