DR String Trimmer Revival - Let's Figure This Out

Trying to see if I can take three DR String Trimmers and make one that runs.
Turns out this video deals mostly with the Briggs and Stratton engine issues which happens to be mounted on a DR string trimmer.
The primary problem with all of the units was poor maintenance, not necessarily design. The unit I didn't get running was most certainly stuck needle in the carb. All of the units needed the valves adjusted and I think the units were parked once they became too hard to pull start.
I talk about having issues determining which DR model I actually have. As close as I can tell it is a Model 675. But it doesn't have the electric start. Or does the "Premier 675" have the electric start and there is a base model 675 with the pull start that is no longer available? Don't know.
As for determining the Briggs and Stratton model. There were multiple stickers on the engines and to be honest I gave up trying to decode them. I went with 163cc and the most popular valve specs of .004/.002 which seemed to work.
Also setting the valves is pretty basic but I think I kept reversing the terms "open" and "closed". Sorry, I have problems, working, talking and make videos all at once.
