EPIC Mushroom FEAST with a Romanian Bear-Man

- After my first mushroom foraging adventure in Romania, I was contacted by a strange man named Bear. He invited me to a cabin the far West of Romania to show me what "real" Mushroom picking was like.
This was either going to be the best, or worst adventure yet in Romania, so I decided to accept the invitation.

I go make normal peace life every day, normal kill animelz, have normal big axe, make normal human sacrifice to forest, drink normal blood of sacrifice to find good mushroom - NEVER see pierson say bad idea to bear. @@creturaul7711 I know your comment is in good fun, so no worries, but truth be told, there's a truckload of things I don't know about mushrooms that's why I'm always happy to learn. The calocera viscosa, the yellow coral we found is inedible, so as pretty as they are, I forget their latin names when I don't pick them a lot. 🤓🐻

OMG. I LOVE Mushrooms 🍄 I can’t get over how yummy they are. Ones that I have tried are white buttons, portabella, oyster mushrooms, ennochi (sp?), King Mushroom 🍄 I wanna try the “Chicken of the forest” ones next. Someone told me that Id absolutely cook it like chicken battered like any fried chicken and you won’t know the difference.
You gotta try "Morels" Chanterelles and Coral mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic. Omg. Yup. You will die. The best. Love you.

Such a fascinating place and the people seem like they're a lot of fun to be around. And the dishes Ursu made look delicious, especially the stew! The jam definitely sounds interesting, and the mulled wine with reishi actually looks and sounds amazing as well. I'd love to try them someday! 🐉🐉🐉🐉🔥

Best video you have ever made in my opinion! My husband and I gather extensively but sustainably from the wild and mushrooms are definitely plentiful here in our mountains! This was a wonderful video to see and I would love his mushroom recipe for that stew it looks just amazing
