www.scrollsawvideo.com Watch as we unbox and review the Dremel Dust Blower # 490. This is a great accessory to your rotary tool arsenal. You will not regret buying this inexpensive item.
Hi, didn't know they did a dust blower so I'm glad to have seen your video. Will now order 2 of said items . . . in case I loose one ! I am presuming, rightly or wrongly, that the blower accessory acts as the tightening piece for the mandrel/attachment etc. Other people have commented on your presentation, there have been some constructive criticisms regarding your video but personally I'm not bothered about that . . . just glad to see new products and there potential. Keep it up bud, we need you ! Thanks
Thank you! I needed the dust blower because my Dremel was getting too much dust inside. Had to learn how to open it and clean it out. Then the instructions for the Dust Blower were horribly inadequate when I tried putting it on the Dremel! 😖 Now I'm good to go! 😀
Just curious if you've tried the fan while using router bits, what exactly holds the bit in place, just the tightening down of the fan attachment? THanks ! 😊
Your presentation is very helpful & informative, but the poor sound quality made it difficult to follow. If you could make yourself louder & easier to hear, it would be most beneficial for your audience. That said, the content was good enough for me to subscribe to this channel & look forward to viewing your archives.
Not a good way to use rotorary tool let the speed of the tool do the work for you rather than applying unnecessary pressure and making the motor work harder than it has to.
Note that the max rpm of the Dremel 4300 (one of Dremels' fastest tools) is 35,000. And the fan is tested to well over 70,000 with no issues. John, what's your point?
Thanks for the good info on the Dremel fan. Now I know how to install it. Only complaint is I have a hard time hearing your voice. Thanks....
Thanks for the input
