George Kambosos - Is a Greek Australian professional boxer who has held the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and The Ring lightweight titles since November 2021. In June 2017, Kambosos was tabbed by Manny Pacquiao as his main sparring partner in preparation for the fight with Jeff Horn and had remained Pacquiao's main sparring partner for his fights after Horn as well. His current professional record stands at 20-0 with 10 KO's.

I didn't know much about at all about Kambosos. His highlight reel is amazing. He's slick, fast, can fight inside, and not scared to grind and slug it out. Very fan friendly. His performance against Lopez was beautiful. Thank you for sharing. 🔥🥊

If Mentality is 90% percent of the fight then George is among the very best in the world...he breaths fire (so to speak) and seems to really enjoy a tear up. Huge respect to the Champ.
A fight with Loma woud be the fastest high-stakes chess match that could be made in all of boxing (along with Estrada vs Gonzalez III)...and winnable for George for sure.

tough lad , he played Rugby League in Sydney. So most of his opponents were over 100kg and running hard out at you and they would have targeted George because of his size.
Kambosos is a very solid fighter; he's got the complete package: Speed, jab, defense, counters, infighting skills, body work, lateral movement, chin, iq, and killer instinct. Best fighter at 135 lbs by far. Going to reign for very long

This is a respectable opinion, as any other. Kambosos surprised most of us, first of all Teofimo. I see very nice features in his game: intensity, toughness, good counterpunching, nice ring I.Q... But saying that he is the best at 135... I would bet on Lopez in a rematch, provided that he fights a disciplined fight, not the bullshit he and his mad father made the first time. A healthy Loma would outbox / outwork Kambosos. And I would favor Haney and Davies against him, in competitive fights. But maybe I'm wrong...

Respect to kambosos but imo teofimo underestimated him big time as well as buying into his own hype his father created. You don't beat a generational great loma then lose to kamobosos who has had 3 split decisions in his last 3 fights without some sort of underlying issues
He's a road warrior and the home judges did that. Watch the fights. He should have no SDs on his record.
How is loma a generational great in less than 15 fights? Overrated I should say.
1. George is a real warrior and doesnt make excuses, nobody's knows what issues he may of had.
2. NONE of those should of been splits, home town bias.
3. By your own logic the same may have applied to loma having a handicap by injury against lopez.
4. Kambosos is a hell of a fighter.
