River Rafting in Yosemite (HIGHLIGHTS) - HD - Amazing views.

One leg on our recent American Road Trip Adventure, saw us travel to Yosemite National Park in California.
One of the highlights of our trip was River Rafting along the Merced River in the heart of the park.
This really was up there with lifetime level amazing activities.
The video also has some nice views of lower Yosemite falls late in the year before it dried up. We were very lucky as it doesn’t usually have much water at that time of year.
The rafting can only be booked one day in advance, from the booth within Half Dome Village, and costs about $30 per person. It takes about 2 hours and isn't very strenuous, in fact it's super relaxing.
BEWARE, the rafting is subject to water levels and these are fed by the snow melting from the higher points from the winter.
We were there mid August and got the last day of rafting, but we were told this is pretty late in the season for it.
You can stop off at various beauty spots or beaches along the river for a swim, a drink or a snack and as you'll see the views are amazing.
