- Did you know you can go rafting along the Merced River in the middle of the Yosemite Valley ?
This amazing trip takes around 2 hours, but it's all very relaxing and you can stop off at one of a few beauty spots and beaches for a swim, a drink or snack.

Beautiful!
It’s a truly amazing place, and the rafting is a really unique way to see it and is out of the way from big numbers of visitors. So peaceful (and easy to do even for beginners like us).
One of the best experiences we’ve ever had, amazing value for money too.
We’d love to return, someone described Yosemite to us when we were there as ‘beauty on a planetary scale’ which I think is true !
That paints a vivid picture in my mind! Can’t wait to get out there once this covid thing is under control 😅
