You are so fun to watch cook and create these delicious recipes. You make it look so easy. I really like cod and a lot of different fresh veggies. I usually steam any veggies I cook. But I don’t have creativity to make anything special with them lol. Anyway thank you so very much. 😊

I first made these green beans with this cilantro pesto over a year ago. It’s the only way I ever want to eat green beans!!!! Good at room temperature, even better a day later chilled overnight in the fridge. And that pesto tastes great on EVERYTHING.

One request: Is there a way to modify the cake recipe (and other ATC and CC recipes) so that they have less sugar and butter but still taste good? She demonstrated this same green bean pesto a few years ago. It is the only way I want to eat beans! And you can use the pesto on other veggies, poultry and fish.

I usually cut out a flat surface to rest the potato on the board so it's a tad more stable to cut most slices.

Just use Parmesan cheese instead of nuts.
Or add some nutritional yeast w the parm or maybe toast some panko and add at last minute so it stays crispy?

No, because like most people's mashed potatoes, it sounds lumpy.
Can you use another nut, instead of walnuts? (One of my friends is seriously allergic to walnuts, and good friends don't send friends to the hospital with fatal anaphylaxis.)
You can always go with the traditional Pine nuts.

I found 425 too high a cooking temp. The fish was overcooked and some of the potatoes burned. I turned it down halfway thru but it wasnt enough.
At 425 for 15 mins, the fish is overcooked to death!
