- Challenger for Sale! For most classic car owners, owning a classic isn't about "rarity" or "return on investment". It's all about getting out onto the open road and having fun, turning heads up and down the street. That's what this stunning 1972 Dodge Challenger Resto-mod is all about, wrapping up a hot Mopar V8 under the hood, adding tons of new internal components, and then combining it all with a show-stopping two-tone purple paint scheme. Powered by a fire-breathing 360 C.I. V8 getting air through a Weber 4-barrel carburetor, this '72 Dodge is an absolute screamer. Torque is stomped into the pavement through a 3-speed A-727 automatic transmission, which shifts nice and smooth as it transmits all that power to the ground. The exterior is bathed in a positively jaw-dropping two-tone metallic purple hue, which shimmers in the sun as it's laid out over this Challenger's laser-straight bodylines. Additionally, the floors, frame, trunk and jambs are all in great shape and present beautifully! Opening the twin doors reveals an interior that's sure to stop you in your tracks, featuring comfy white vinyl bucket seats in conjunction with contrasting black upholstery and woodgrain dashboard trim for a little bit of extra luxury flair. Being a restomod, this '72 Challenger is absolutely packed with options including power steering, all-new power 4-wheel disc brakes, an Edelbrock air cleaner, aftermarket polished stainless-steel headers, an aftermarket Grant GT steering wheel, dual-sport mirrors, a full center console, a rear spoiler, tinted windows, an aftermarket retractable Sony AM/FM/CD stereo, newer rear speakers, all-new suspension and steering components, factory gauges & tachometer, and a mean-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on a sleek set of 17" aluminum American Racing wheels over slick Nitto "Extreme Performance" blackwall tires for a stance that's a great blend of vintage style and modern performance! With those all-new suspension and steering components, this '72 Challenger runs and drives like a dream on four wheels. Well-built, completely-detailed and ready to turn heads, this '72 Dodge Challenger is the complete package. It's ready to go at the turn of a key, and we'd love to see it in your garage.

The sound of the engine revving is like hearing the growl of a bear.
Wow guys that Challenger is gorgeous!
I love this car
That paint job is sick!
I love this Challenger...I've had 2 Mopar 2 door small block cars in my day, and 1 big block Newport....and I only wish I still had em. I also had a Dodge Shasta motor home with a 360 and that thing was great, I wish I could swing the purchase of that Challenger right now, but I am trying to finish up a vintage looking but ultra powerful chopper build that's almost done, and after a season or 2 on it I am going to unload all my bikes and my 92 resto-moded Fox Body convertible to land me a nice car like this Challenger!
Plum beautiful ❤😂
I had two of them in Puerto Rico back in the 1980s. I joined the U.S. Army in May 1989 and had to sell them
It's so... Nice!! But, it's still, so... purple! Still 👍
The 360 must have an aftermarker cam. Sounds really nice.
