GTA V Neptunia Part 22 - Working with the Enemy

Kurome convinces the Nazi army to "help" out the CPUs despite their hatred towards them. With a uneasy alliance with the enemy, Noire and Rom set out to find the next car for Kurome with Rom driving and Noire heading into the enemy base where a pilot is instructed to help her locate the car with a chopper. This part includes 1 mission:

They're basically the main enemy of the game in the Los Santos area. They will basically appear every time you get a wanted level. The desert area has different enemies which is the XOF unit from the Metal Gear series which you will see in the next heist.
