Watching in the first set I saw Fritz looking very comfortable from the backcourt and serving very well especially out wide, but what really jumped out to me was how much fun he seemed to be having- how loose and free he looked. I thought then, " Hmm...I see him winning this match."
Once I put marmite, the New Zealand equivalent of vegemite, on bread thinking it was some generic nutella. First and only bite stands as the worst moment of my life to this day.

This is like the best tournament he's had in years I don't understand where he's talking about this dramatic improvement.
His results have been horrible.
He made the quarterfinals of the US Open just last year. He also made the quarterfinals of Wimbledon in 2022. He's won a Masters 1000 event. I would say that's pretty good, compared to most players on the tour.
