What is the addon for your Totems below your name?
Race matters if you’re casual? Is berserking a must? Orc master race but something about berserk or being a tauren slaps too
Race doesn't matter too too much even for hardcore ele shaman raiding.
Some of the sweatiest Ele shaman still rolled Tauren/Orc.

Are ele shamans gear dependent for pvp?
your abilities do great dmg at their base but you do need to play like a glass cannon because if you are low hp ur just going to get one shot.

Not really. Nature Swiftness is only good if you have insane amount of critical chance
