How to Make 12v 90 Amps DC Generator from Old Car Alternator - Step by Step
Project - 3
In this video i am going to modify a 12v 120 Ampere car alternator into a 12v BLDC motor and run it smoothly. The controller i have used is a no hall sensor type of controller. The motor provides high torque unlike before.

Project 2 was amazing bro.
You turned an alternator into a brushless dc motor, awesome
You know how a brushless dc motor in this size costs?
A 3 phase induction motor can also be turned into a brushless dc motor like this too
But the rotor in induction motor needs to be magnitized
Please continue with this it's awesome, can you put a grinder disk on this and turn it into a bench grinder?
Love your videos, thanks for sharing your knowledge. I would like to know if I could use1 alternator 12 V to power another alternator in the wind making a wind turbine for 120 for my home ? What is your opinion? Thanks EM
Profesor, in Europe we use 220/380 V 😊
Converting the raw Ac output to 120V isn't very useful since you can't independently alter the voltage, frequency and power-level to create something similar to 120VAC 60hz (or whatever your country standardized on)
