I applaud you sir for getting your family eating rabbit stew. Honestly the only thing I would change is i like to keep it on the bone, but that's a personal preference. I understand the wife and son like it away from the bone, great vid buddy.

Ive only just found your channel and its right up my street.
Great vid and good warning on fermenting. Years back my nan was making elderflower wine i think and the valve somehow got blocked. Que the mini explosion in the kitchen when the glass demi john gave out.
Lastly any tips for convincing the Mrs to try the likes of rabbit and wood pigeon, shes convinced herself that she doent like it but has never tried it 😂

Just one thing with extra virgin olive oil you shouldn't fry with it. It's carcinogenic. If frying normal olive oil. Extra virgin us for sauces etc.
