Hello sir , I have a doubt! I have pain(dull ache to mild) in right testis, which is radiating towards foot via respective thigh since Masturbation(self stimulation) immediately after 10days of appendicitis operation (laparoscopic). The pain sometimes resorting to left testis and sometimes right testis. Now it is persisting since 70days(2 months+ since surgery). Could you please tell me what kind of condition it is ? Note: One month back, I have gone to hospital and done USG Scrotum and KUB, where it was found : no hydrocele, no epididymitis, no varicocele and volume of each testis 10CC and 12CC(right testis) which is normal in range according to Urologist.

sir can vitamin D deficiency cause scrotum discomfort and minor pain, my vitamin D is 8.4 but my scrotal Doppler, blood, and urine report is normal only a very minor noncancerous cyst was detected in the Doppler report. I feel discomfort in my scrotum, and legs, especially in the left leg, and sometimes towards the hip. This has been the situation for the last six months Before this condition I masturbated a lot and my precum was very discharged too much but my doctor said this is not an issue firstly I did a two-week course of antibiotics but was not affected and now I feel minor numbness in my left arm and fingers. The doctor suggests me Vitamin D high dose. I also take a blood pressure pill. Maybe vitamin D dose work sir, please guide me. Thanks.

Sir iam from Bangladesh. Iam 17 years old . When i was 9 suddenly i woke up in the morning then i felt so pain then my parents took me to the hospital the doctor told me that it has rotated then they rotate in the opposite direction.
Also 3 years ago i had the same problem then i did color dopler chekup it was normal.
And one years ago i feel the same pain in one side . It was rotated but after some hours it solved automatically.

Hi sir, I have Grade 4 Bilateral Varicocele, I had took opinion from 3 to 4 urologists. I do feel Pain in either of the testicles. I consulted the doctor with the intention that i just want the pain to go away but doctor suggested me if you are feeling more pain you can go for surgery but i had asked him will this pain go away n the reply from them was like 70% n other doctor told me that if you are thinking of the pain n you are opting for the surgery then its not the case. You will definitely get the pain in future also.others risks factors also will be there.but he also suggested me do one semen analysis (IVF) n later you can think based on the report.
Currently now with lifestyle changes like yoga,swimming, high antioxidant vegetables/fruits I am managing and the results were also fine can I wait for sometime ? n just monitor on montly basis with doppler?
