      fuck ikr. Every new pickup could be considered a 18 wheeler/Semi just in terms of gears alone. Like seriously who needs 10 gears on an automatic tranny in a damn pickup.

      Nothing was close to right. A 6.4 with a. Hot time will make 40 psi or more.
      Not to mention a governor under 3,000rpm is unrealistic. They turn 3 to 4

      I did manage to make one in old automation. But u just have to go bigger displacement. I went with a 11 liter v8 it makes 1247 lbs of torque and 700hp. It gets 28mpg in beam the vehicle weights 3000kg

    Used to daily a 2018 f550 for work and would sometimes load up 4 2 ton pallets(8tons) plus haul a trailer with a skid steer on it, definitely a great motor

    You should figure out a way to make a 10 speed automatic and pair it with the 6.7 powerstroke. That would be cool to see a pull test done with.

      If you choose the advanced automatic transmission, you can have up to 9 gears

      You can also have an aftermarket transmissions mod, that allows you to have a, say, 12 speed auto, a cvt, a dual clutch etc in pretty much anything you want

      @@kominpara4347 IIRC, it only allows up to 11 speeds, but yeah, it's a great mod that I've used a lot to make custom transmissions for most of the vehicles in the game. The only problem I have with it is sometimes there are some weird glitches that sometimes occur with torque converters where they seem to become their own power source and will continue to power the vehicle even if the engine is turned off and it continues to the point where the engine is overreving.

    I work in the class 8 maintenance industry, my boss has a new 2021 F350 with the 6.7. I can confirm it will pull 80,000lbs fairly easily. Its funny how these new pick-ups have the same hp and torque as our older day cab Frieghtliners. They even have the same hp as the new Cascadias.

      @@TheRealRCSPEED That would make sense in a power perspective, instead of a geometry turbo, have a smaller and larger turbo for different RPM ranges and fuel economy, that said, it shows how much of a competition the Powerstroke has become.

      @@TheRealRCSPEED That's just typical diesel efficiency for you, that is why literally almost every other country uses diesel cars, because they get 60-90mpg. My boss gets 22mpg, my co-worker gets 19mpg with his older Cummins. The funny thing is, the 15L diesel motors in our trucks only emit nitrogen and water vapor, so they are literally cleaner than a Toyota Prius, yet somehow people get the impression that they are polluting the earth for some reason.

    Wild how much more it could pull once it started being limited to 1st and 2nd gear because it was then putting down much more of that 475hp. Tests with closer gearing so we can see that it's the power doing the work, please? Like 10 speed manuals and such?

    imo you should tune the rev limiter, to 0.01 (or 0.1 minimum?) it defenetly would be better for pulling, also if you're using it, turn off the clutch assistant for big pulls

      This is an automation engine. This is a replica engine. Automation doesn't support Diesel's (yet), so this is actually a gas engine.

    You also gotta remember 6.7 trucks have 10 gears and skip gears to me more smooth if not under load (I’m a car porter at a ford dealership) also the 10 speed trucks are in 3rd at like 12 mph and are pretty quick especially the 4:10 geared trucks

      I wished our old Ford was quick, 4:10 gear ratio paired with the MWM 229 makes for a great work truck, but the lack of top speed really falls short sometimes.

    The 6.7 don’t come with a manual , it comes with a 10 speed auto or a 6 speed auto, it should be able to tow around 37k pounds with a 5th wheel but I’ve towed 30k pounds in a f450 before with no struggle

    You don’t understand how read the curve?? Peak power at crossing between HP and torque. Which is you should be hold the gas at 2000rpm..

    I have a 2015 Drw 9ft knapheide utility and 300 gallon tank. stuffed with tools and more tools . The truck is probably 16k with no water. I drag my "trailer". Its scary how fast it is considering how heavy it is. hills? mountains? it doesnt care.

    Funny my Volvo Semi truck without trailer weighs 18,000lbs. With 53ft dry van trailer 34,000. It will run 60mph up 7%grades empty. I've been getting 10mpg at 55mph with average gross of 65,000lbs in california.

    Most unrealistic thing about that 6.7 is how the hp is almost stock and the torque is about 200 more then stock but hey the 6.7 and a cummins is the best for making easy power with the 6.7 do a def delete put a small tune on it boom 600hp and your spinnin tires to 60+ if you want and youll be going 160+mph and still be pullin like a freight train

      The new 6.7s make 475hp and 1050lb-ft. The 2023 is supposedly going to make 500hp and a monstrous 1200lb-ft. Unbelievable, but hey that's what turbos do

    Why are you always just going up hills? Do something different and more realistic such as max speed at a certain weight, acceleration, fuel mileage, and start stop times.
