I've got the same Gibson 57/8 GA-40, and while it has a killer overdriven sound, I like its fat clean tones the best.

WALT GRACE, To make fender amps break up earlier is to pull out preamp tube V1 and also replace the Phase inverter tube 12AT7 using a 12AX7 which gives you different phase inverter distortion break up. You should make a video lesson about how to make fender amps and marshall amps break up earlier.
