The maximum amount of money to hold limitation is missing in all our Law Books which was printed after the count of our total population and resources but our money printed on our headcount hiding in the shadows of the vaults not being in reach for us to feed ourselves because no jobs or opportunities. Rich people are not investing or making the use of money and need complimentary & contribution rules considering income, expense and future expenses in mind.
