FYI you shouldn’t use metal utensils when working with this clay. I got caught up trying to give you guys exact measurements that I mindlessly used those stainless steel measuring cups/spoons😬 but at least I remembered to use a non-metal spoon when mixing it. So just keep that in mind when using it!

Nat Cakes the metal counteracts the pull of toxins. I don’t know the exact way this happens, but it doesn’t cleanse as well when using metal.

Massage lightly/dab cold aloevera gel all over the face after clay mask. It moisturises the dry skin and removes redness due to clay mask's dryness. The bonus part....it's healing, hydrating and softening for your skin and it's not a heavy moisturiser like any oil or cream.

Great video and i did learn something new today but I feel the bentonite clay can clog the sink or shower drain TERRIBLY, so thats my only fear. What i apply the mask on my face i use a wet paper towel to wash it off but with the whole body detox how to get it off? Lol! THANKS!
makeupvieblogs You can use a bathtub strainer and then just wipe with a paper towel. It’s a little bit of extra work, but it’s worth all the benefits! And the mask comes right off when you soak in the tub:)
I learned so much from this! I actually bought some today for my very acne prone skin. Does it still work to detox the skin if you just mix it with water?
Yes it detoxifies even with water.
Also if skin is sensitive leave on for 10 min instead of 20 minutes. Its half the time of what the required time is for sensitive skin.

Test a spot on the skin first before using it on your entire face/area. Just in case you're extra sensitive and needed to work your way up to getting your skin used to it.

Yeah but it might help if you let some hot water run after draining the clay bath water to loosen it up in any clogged places in the drain

Yolo Binolo I know your comment is a year old, but my clay tells me to cleanse my skin beforehand and then use the clay as a mask. Cleansing beforehand helps the clay to pull out the deeper impurities. Wonder if you ever tried it? I’ve been using it for about 3 years

What helped me lighten mine was switching from using a razor to an epilator or tweezers to remove the hair. They instantly looked so much lighter!

Sometimes I use rice vinegar. However white is okay too. The thing is. Each vinegar has slightly different pH this causes changes in how it affects you. Sometimes if a person uses it too often they will feel fatigued and not understand why? However it's depending on you, the type of vinegar,and how often you use it. Try using 1 time a week at first then maybe 2 times a week after some time. I've heard of girls using it 1 time a day everyday. However I don't think it's best to do for first time. Good luck!:)

Exfoliating gets rid of the top layer of dead skin. Detoxing involves getting rid of impurities, toxins, etc from within
