Radim Passer has turned down all requests by the Czech and international media for statements, regarding the 417 km/h speed test, because of the ongoing investigation. Since the German Public Prosecutor's Office has recently closed the case, we are releasing Radim Passer's final statement on the whole matter.
In April 2022, a statement came from the State Prosecutor's Office in Stendal - Saxony-Anhalt and closed the investigation. A spokesman for the Prosecutor's Office in Stendal justified the decision by saying that there is no speed limit on that section of the highway and according to road traffic regulations you can only drive as fast as visibility allows it, weather conditions are adequate, and what the personal abilities of the vehicle and driver allow. He also stated that the video shows a very good traffic situation due to the chosen route, early time, and season. There is also no evidence of a dangerous driving style. The justification was published by some German media, from which this statement is quoted.

This video also uplifts German freedom, which cannot be enjoyed as much in any other EU country. Although 400Km/h is a bit high relative to other traffic, and requires very good preparation, the simple fact that, indeed, there is a country where, at least in some parts of the road system, one can legally drive unbound, limitless and free (if driving properly) that says much on how that country respects the most important of all liberties: Individual Liberty. Is Chiron really worth four times the price of Veyron? Those cars really look alike in the exterior and interior, and both can break 400 kmh. Doesn't that make a Veyron a bargain in comparison? Chiron seems like an evolutionary rather than revolutionary step forward.
They are nothing alike. Handling is hugely different and the Chiron has about 1.5x the horsepower. Plus a person that is considering to buy a Bugatti often has the money to not even think about the price (many own more than one). Bugatti does not sell for profit anyway, they lose money with every car sold but the research and development they do is what matters for Volkswagen AG.

This guy was actually facing a jail time despite not having done anything against the law. That's the opposite of what you're suggesting.

That's very easy to explain, it's because of the Gospel translations, you have not the Gospel in its native language, of course the Messenger has never made such a declaration, this is truly false people after Jesus has made a lot of changes in the Holly Book ' the native one' and put the Gospel followers in confusions, for that Allah has sent the last Messenger PBUH, with the unalterable Book, the last Book of Allah the Quran which is remain in its native language to correct the confusions.
