I am astounded that people realize how predictable Clarkson is and still can't wait to hear it. Watching the videos of him and Hammond, you basically know what they're going to say before they say it. Never been a fan of that, but then again, successful people can only be successful because of sheep loving being sheep.

that's the point in a bugatti you don't need to be a racing driver with countless world wide titles to reach that speed you just need to know how to steer and accelerat hard enough ...(i think they are trying to promote this idea to rival cars such as agera and ... those i think are little bit hard to reach 400 in...)
@@braaapstuuu9329 Koenigseggs have no problem going 400 km/h, their test driver has once demonstrated that you can let go of the steering wheel and floor the throttle, and the car will still go in a straight line without tuching the wheel

"...theoretical top speed of 420 kmh..." Hey, same as my GLC43. In 9th gear, according to the RPM ratio, at 6500 RPM redline it would hit 420 kmh. I just need a very steep hill in a vacuum.
As fast as this is, it's like 30mph compared to Thrust SSC's land speed record run back in the late 90's. It topped over 760mph and broke the sound barrier.

actually when james may tested the veyron supersport after his run the bugatti test driver managed a 437km/h but they calculated the average top speed of three runs which was like 420 i guess ...,so with no doubt this can get close to 450 with good conditions and a bugatti test driver .

It's funny how stupid people who compare Koenigsegg to Bugatti are. Are you even aware of how stupid you are? How stupid it is to compare luxurious, refined, comfortable, safe, stable, easy to drive, reliable, etc. Bugatti that can do EVERYTHING a luxury GT car should, to the loud, unrefined, uncomfortable, unstable, scary, etc. Koenigsegg?
Let me put it this way.
You can fly at 800 km/h in a luxury private Jet, or in an open cabin propeller plane. Guess which one is which.
BeyerT1 it is unfair to compare the cars, konigseggs are supposed to be fast. They are not unrefined or of any lower quality. But they’re only meant to be fast. Not luxurious. The Bugatti is meant to do both. Koniggsegs are faster but they don’t come close to Bugatti’s in combining luxury and speed. The funniest part is that the people who own either will have more respect for the other than their own because of how great these machines are, and the fact that 99% of the people taking sides will never even own more than a corolla. And compared to that, the 5 mile an hour speed difference of a Bugatti and a konigsegg, don’t matter, nor do their opinions. Both are amazing in their own right, neither is better or worst than the other.
