One surgery's beyond stressful let alone back to back to back (I had
back to back Total Knee Replacements - the issues and rehab almost killed
me. Both very difficult rehabs. Partially my fault because adhesions had formed
by day 3 or 4 - i.e. I let almost a week go by before I started the rehab. Shoulda been
the moment I woke up. In fact shoulda stayed in hospital two weeks - done my out patient
rehab while an in patient. Live and learn but it takes a lot out of you - seems endless.

No matter what the outcome you have to find peace within your self and that is what winning is. Do not ever give up. We are in this life to learn as much as we can for when we are called home. This is not our home this is a giant school of learning. We are all put here to learn and our angel guide will always be here to help . All you have to do is sit in a quiet place and call on them and ask them for help and guidance and then just close your eyes and listen. Do not second guess your intuition. They will set everything up and it is up to us to choose the right path . If you have to second guess it is not the way.

I kind of get annoyed at the people who keep saying "we don't know each other but if you found this comment love your life live your life and blah blah blah"I honestly am in a situation where I need to know if it works and what it feels like and what you felt like during the day so I'll make sure to keep you guys posted I'll have this on overnight and I will let you know the Vibes that I feel in the morning. And I know that may sound harsh I know everyone is just trying to be nice but I am just so incredibly surprised that the one thing that we're here for nobody is commenting on how they felt or giving any updates on what they've been feeling it's about the way you feel I hope people understand that I'm talking about during the day with all the demands that are placed on us on a regular basis I want to make sure you guys know exactly how I feel and what is different from the day before to the next day and continuing on I'll keep you posted you're welcome.

My darling is passing right now. I'm truly heart-broken and have no idea how I'm going to get through this life without him. He's only 45 and has been fighting cancer for the last eight years. I can only weep when I think of the circumstances of his life. He spent his whole life fighting the darkness and working towards the light. I pray for those who are mentally ill or struggling to find peace and positvity. Im currently battling negativity and waves of depression and anxiety. I refuse to get diagnosed and take any prescribe pills. I will find a way to overcome my battles with natural remedies. I will defeat any unhealthy energy trying to go inside of me. I hope those who find themselve in the same path to connect with strength and meet a solution! As i struggle, i refuse to speak negative! Speak motivational even if you feel you do not have it in you! Forcing to speak and think healthy will cleanse the spirit! Quickly put a stop on that negative energy who is trying to get closer! Mentally yell out loud GET AWAY!! I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO HARM ME!! YOUR ENERGY IS WORTHLESS AND I WILL NOT GIVE IN!
Medication has helped me with anxiety. Sometimes. Sometimes it’s needed. Just saying.
