The questions I have: - Can it run in production as an application server without the application code being pre-compiled? - To be CFML compatible, are you embedding Lucee or did you write a new system for running CFML? - What is the process for compiling an application for use in different runtime environments? Do you just take an extra compile step to get code to run on Android rather than as a website? - Am I correct in thinking BoxLang has CFML script & tag similar syntax with added features from other languages (Clojure, Kotlin, etc.) and reduced legacy features (cfform,cfajax, etc.) plus a bunch of really nice supporting systems (VSCode debugger extension)?
We maintain over 350 libraries and they must continue to run on all possible engines. So focus remain to maintain everything we do compatible with everything we do.
