“When” starts feeling like “will it ever?”😭
There is nothing to hard for our Heavenly Father! My husband passed away three years ago. I miss him dearly. Even though I’m struggling to provide for my two autistic children since losing my job for declining the vaccine. I’m trusting in GOD! My health is already in bad shape. I’m battling lupus and had a recent heart attack. I’m on a bunch of meds. I lost my health insurance. I’m so ashamed of my situation but I will take my problems to the Lord. It is only because of his grace we still have a home. I am grateful that God has carried me this far. I know he will provide. I’m trusting in him. I have no fear but FAITH!

I believe God wants marriage for the majority of His children. The word says marriage is honorable & that two are better than one. I wonder how singles deal with the desire for sex? I can be alone but I find my sexual desires can be overwhelming as I practice abstinence.
I read your post and the replies… u are not alone. I’m scared too that God doesn’t have marriage in His will for me. but we still have hope and trust and we still have that desire. Once that desire is gone or we never had it then we know it’s not in our path. I have no desire for kids but big desire to get married. But his desire is in me - that’s why I feel He will fulfill it. Hang in there please. It will happen.

It does seem very cruel.... after all Hope deferred makes the heart sick💔 and I'm sick already!!!

The first point hit me so good, i wasnt ready but was about to get married to this wonderful christian man. At that point and even now, i dont need a man but work on myself. However, i desire marriage so much but i am taking time to prepare myself now. Example of Eve was toooooo goood, God has been preparing me so much❤👌

When I was a child and no internet…. I never thought of getting a husband/or wife could be this difficult. I used to think that it happens to everyone whether we like it or not, my bran was functioning like that until I discovered it on my self, my friends and many people( with similar issues, thanks to the internet) at least I m not alone. It really suck, for some pp it just happens effortlessly…. And for some with it never happens what ever you do to make it happen. Sad! specifically if this desire leads to depression, sadness & leading to doing wrong things.
I m so confused. I know the love of God shouldn’t be based on his gifts…. But to me it hurts being lonely and affects other aspects of life as well….
Trust His timing I feel the same it’s hard sometimes but I know it’ll be worth the wait in the end! I guess love is really patient for us lol
I relate so much to this, it has had a negative impact on my faith. Nothing makes sense to me anymore. I tried so hard to live the right way to glorify God and I’m turning 33 this year with nothing to show for it yet again. Such shame and disappointment. I’ve watched Christian friends find their spouse at such a young age, one of them cleaned up her act just before she got married but then went back to drinking and doing drugs on a daily basis. Her Godly husband still loves her fully and unconditionally, supports her and takes care of her through her addictions. I lived a normal healthy drug free life and can’t even find a boyfriend for crying out loud. When I was younger I wouldn’t date non-Christian’s but they were the only ones that showed interest, so now that I’m in my 30’s I’ve been taking whatever I can get which hasn’t been very good. Even some married men have approached me. How ironic. I don’t know how many more years of this I can take. I’ve had enough and I want to quit.
I’m praying for y’all ladies, it’s not easy holding on to your dream of getting married. But I’m praying for God’s best sons, to come y’all’s way if they haven’t already in Jesus name.

I am sure I am ready cuz I had the chance to be with someone I really wanted to be with I was obedient enough to let him go cuz I knew God wouldn't agree with it so I didn't wanna be disrespectful towards God I put God first, I went 2 years into therapy and prayer and deliverance to heal from trauma, and heartache, I am prepare I have been working with my calling and serving, I am financially stable, I am a 32 year old woman I have grown so much that people keep saying it and yes I do need it ....But I m out of ideas of what to do if God tells me He doesn't want me married at all I need to know but I need covering desperately (I am travelling overseas cuz I am moving to Spain which is country anti God next year to ministry .....I need covering if I go by myself I will crash .....so I do (I wish is close but not sure if it is cuz I had this prophesy months ago ...I was never into marriage and children and these past 2 years it hit me....I cry when children hug me I m tired

God doesn't hook couples up. If he did, then it would appear he certainly favors the beautiful people. If God hooked people up then wouldn't you expect the members of each couple to vary widely between each other in physical attractiveness? Refer to 1 Samuel 16:7. But that doesn't happen. Christian couples are as well matched as others.
