You can easily work out 4 times a week and still be on the chubby side. Losing weight has nothing to do with how much you exercise, rather it’s how many calories she eats, versus how many calories she exercises away.

i think its genes mostly because my dad kinda has curly hair but i had straight hair since 1 month ago, now its wavy and curly but make sure that your hair is kinda long but not too long and also dont blowdry your hair just use a towel until its 50% dry then let it air dry, and use conditioners more often and less shampoo (i use shampoo 1-2 a week and then rest only conditioner) because it doesnt wash your hair oils out and its less dry which means more curly.
