I am doubtful that both the xeon 6148 gold will be utilised/recignised by win11/10. Some say some cpu clustering issue by os. I am not aware of the exact problem but some switched to Linux. Did you have similar issue with your build? ?

How is your your scores are lower than a chair leg.. he got 27000 on cinebench r23 with dual gold 6138.. is it a big difference on version?
