- Join us as we make repairs from winter snow plowing damage and finally get the retaining wall project at my house completed. The building project is just weeks away from getting starting, concrete season is here, and things are beginning to happen. It's going to be a great summer! Enjoy

Carlito asking for Tino cause he wants to get the job done right and finished, Not the same when you pull a guy off on a job that's nearly complete and someone else takes over. Plus Carlito knows the other two will be on their phones all the time. Cisco is very happy thanks to you Ryan that he is getting some small side jobs. Those guys are lucky to have you as a boss.
Ryan, the condominium people know they have a great snow removal contractor. Accidental damage will happen, what's important is that you fix the damage within a reasonable timeframe and don't argue about doing that. I would rehire you in a heartbeat because you stand by your work. "Gooooooood Work!"

Some damage is a part of doing business, both on your end and the clients. It has to be expected to a degree, especially with today's labor force. What's important is a company that stands behind it and addresses the issues without trying to push liability off. It says and means so much to the customer. Good work, Ryan.

Roles have switched. Ryan sent Eric to do the donkey work, while Fran cruises with the boss shopping eating and doing light duty touch ups.
I make my own knee boards out of sheets of foam insulation. Also, make sets out of plywood. Those Marshalltown plastic knee boards aren't well constructed! Thanks for the Friday video.👍
Yeah the pink installation foam boards are the best. We like to duck tape the edges to keep them from falling apart

Eric, I have watched a lot of power washing videos and they save a lot of time by planning and managing their hose and cord. They are never in the way of spraying, water run off, or moving forward. A little planning will save you time and money.

I'm a concrete dispatcher in california, been doing it for 20 yrs. and they came up with the app a few years ago. my advice would be to just keep calling like you normally do. the app is nice in theory, but like anything online its subject to glitches and weve had nothing but problems with it. like anything else new, its a good idea, when it works. but its 50/50 at best. just my 2 cents..

Thet trim is called Miratek, it is an mdf product that is cheaper than using a rough cut cedar. Looks good but if end grains arent sealed it soaks up water like a straw
Yes , I worked at a development of new homes and thats all they used for trim ! And your right if a little moisture gets into it , it blows up and falls apart ! it is pressed cardboard with a wood grain finish !

Very cool video as alway. I seen Eric dropped the power washer handle and left the power washer to run for minutes on end that's not good on pumps. Just let you know that from a hydraulic mechanic for many many years you learn this. Shut it down if you're going be minutes or even 30 seconds you got to shut it down or you burn your pump. Make your own knee boards like you did with the jointer. I made my knee boards out of a 2x12 , fence gate handles, and hard foam insulation.
