This video features several library books (bought from a local library, so it's ok to write/stamp in them as I did here). We'll be stamping, turning pages, enjoying the lovely dust jacket crinkles, and whispering occasionally. I hope you enjoy it! :)

Does everyone remember when books had little cards tucked in the back of the book and the librarian stamped it with the date and wrote your name on it and the return by date??
Those where such good memories.
Also I remember when it was my turn to be the "librarian" for my class at our Primary school library. We all got so excited taking turns doing that! I must admit I love the sound of a crinkly book jacket and the sound of flicking through the dry paper pages. And I cant forget the smell of a new book! Priceless.
I was very much a book nerd growing up. My parents took me to the library every Saturday after sports and I would lug my giant pile of books to the car. We grew up without a TV so books were super important. Well actually we had a TV but very very rarely watched it.

I remember working as a page in my local library nearly 65 years ago. Every sound that you create takes me back to those happy and tingly days.

The first time I sort of discovered ASMR was when I was just watching the librarian stamp and check out my books and got a tingly feeling in my head. I thought I was just a bit overtired...until it happened again, and I wasn't tired at all!
Library triggers are EVERYTHING. Hands down the most tingly ASMR for me.
Dust jacket crinkling and telling us about the book would be amazing. Perfect combo of triggers.
I love the smell of old books with the yellow pages . I read a copy of The Outsiders from the local library and I could not stop smelling it

I’ve literally been listening to your library playlist every day for like a week and a half and then you post this . So excited . I used to work in a library and I loved the sounds at work . Used to do the stamps super slow so I could hear the sounds .
