BotRK deals a bonus 9% current health physical damage per attack for ranged characters => Assuming cho is full HP (10k), the maximum pre-mitgation damage BotRK would do is 0.09 * 10k = 900. Post-mitigation would be 900 * (1-0.74) = 900 * 0.26 = 234 bonus physical damage AT MAX (this amount would only go down the more HP Cho loses). So, assuming the best-case scenario (Kindred building both anti-tank options + cho is at max HP), her autos would deal an additional 234 damage... Not a whole lot out of 10k if you ask me. You were both kinda wrong for the wrong reasons. I would suggest typing less and enjoying yourself more in a fucking ARAM game for goodness sake...
BOTRK wouldve been a better option factoring in the additional stats vs terminus, as there were OTHER CHAMPS he was against. But yes, your math is correct. The value of BORK would go significantly down the less HP cho is at. regardless, with his regen/healing, bork proves more valuable due to no one really being able to chip away his health entirely. it would be more valuable for the team, in addition for himself over terminus.

Udyr can only tank shred when he has his awoken passive. Until then, he's just a wet noodle hoping to do something. Additionally, his RR doesn't do jack shit when the dude has 400 mr + kaenic shield. yeah I think i was voicing 12% on here , but that's for melees. I don't play many range champs, but for ranged champs the ratio is at 9%. 3% diff, barely anything, since technically ranged champs can easily make the diff with the amount of autos/attack speed they get
