This is everything I can remember from my labour and delivery experience. I also went to a birth reflections clinic after as a sort of debriefing to learn some of this information. Sorry it's a bit all over the place!

Oh gosh all those interventions 😩. I’m so sorry that you had this experience with birth, I’m actually researching something called the cascade of intervention and I think you should too! Your experience is so common among women nowadays, and I definitely think it should be talked about more.

Oh I’ll have a look into it! But yes, I feel like c sections are more common nowadays which is a shame!
