It was warm for a cold day and it was time to break the cabin fever by breaking out the bikes. This was the warm up road, sadly Redbucks was closed for lunch that weekend. Serious road coming in Part 2

Yeah, wet feet can make you think that 50 degrees is cold but 90 degree water can take your life as your core temperature
drops. So the word, "cold" is relative to the situation. I looked for ice as you started but I soon understood how you meant
it on this video. All that said, it looks like a fun all around trip if you kept your feet happy/warm? That's why I'd always put
1 pair of extra socks in my bag. They don't weigh much & can really be nice/ I've always wanted the XT225 but the only
one I came across was kinda beat up & he wanted a pretty steep price. I passed. be safe
