Sharma really is the best. And the coolest part is he would never admit it. Was lucky enough to see him climb at our gym, and he was just the most humble guy. A lot of respect for people like that. He climbs because he loves it, not for the fame.

The most tops someone gets + it could be points pre hold, or it could be Zone format + theyy count your attemps. So in the end its pretty much who ever gets the highest on the boulder and who ever has the least attemps... thata in really simple terms

hey i have a question for climbers. how do you keep your fingers from getting raw/blistering off, up o nthe inside of your 2nd knuckles(middle of the fingers)? Or is that just something your hand adapts to (i've never gotten calluses there before but maybe it will happen?)

Well, by contrast, I ve been climbing for years now, climbing about 2/3 times a week, and still get blisters when bouldering a little too hard. I found that using "cold creams" (kinda moisturizer) after training can improve things a little, but I'm typing this with 6 blisters on my two hands (3 on the same finger), so ...
how do they judge this? is it based on speed of completion?

@RhonddaRabbit that doesnt really show how chris is better only that he can skip holds to make it easier thats smart climbing but doesnt necessarily show how much stronger he is. Tarazona completed the route in the intended and more difficult sequence so isnt he the stronger climber
the skin on the inside of the hand gets harder the more you climb. In the beginning it can hurt, but after a few weeks of climbing your skin is hard as rock ;)
Midway through the vid at 4:24 edu marin is doing a problem. Now watch Sharma do the same problem and he just skips 2 of the holds all together. He's gotta be the strongest climber. If not maybe Koyamada can match him in dyno skills.
