Kai is garbage I get they wanted to take out all the filler but the music is ass them changing lines is balls and the overall pacing is atrocious. I realize not everyone wants to listen to some dude yelling for 15+ minutes but the buildup is always what made the fights worth watching

I didnt know there was a dub where when Goku goes ssj for the first time that Frieza alludes to going after Gohan next right as Goku was beginning to slip, that alone elevates the transformation.
The first one was absolutely not warranted. It was one of 2 most happiest times for me. The first was where super buu turned her into a egg and crushed her.
Saiyans tend to show love and care by defending, or In that case fighting against someone. Example is Goku against Zamasu as well as Vegeta against Beerus when he hit Bulma
Not to knock the vid but woulda been cooler to use the Z version of Goku’s transformation into SSJ with that iconic music…the music made a lot of these transformations and moments in the series as Iconic as they were
i think its safe to assume we're all in mutual agreement that we must under no circumstance cause any member of the son family to be angry, lest we end up getting our asses beaten to a pulp, if not worse
Not gonna lie I think this was the first time Goku truly was able to tap in to some type of ultra instinct if you listen to his voice, when he powers up - even if it was like 5-10% still , just alil but still think about it battle of gods, his body moved without - thinking about it, -moved out of the way because it felt like Beerus was going to do something and he even admits. He was going to try to killshot him by that point I think he’s trying to break his limit when he gets pissed when goku black just told him he killed his family (here.). That’s all I’m saying even if you look at how he’s moving it looks like he’s doing it on purpose, but I think it’s the beginning stages of UI even if it’s just scratching the surface
The Kai version cut out part of why Frieza is the ultimate villain. Blows Krillin to dust with sheer force of mind. Laughs about it Sings 🎵pop goes the weasel🎵 Laughs about it some more
Frieza saying Gohan should be next is part of the original manga. So while Linda Young was an incredible Frieza (though I prefer Ayres, mostly because of the script) "Pop goes the weasel", while funny, is incorrect

Goku at his best was more than just fists and fury he was a warrior of unbroken spirit who wouldn't bow down to anyone. This is just super Goku relying on pretty colors and special voice effects to sound cool.
I can't believe people think super goku is better than z goku maybe they new a refresher of the dbz because all super is about is power ups and gods while z show cased alot of strategy, team work and will power along with being more smarter than super goku
