That Soldier isn't even a monster. He simply escaped from one of those silly gmod videos and felt like screaming at Spy. All jokes aside, I'm not that into horror games, but this actually makes me want to try it out. I particularly like the 3D sprites.

I love how goofy all of these monsters are, like how the scout’s based off of that one yeti emote if it didn’t change models, or that the engineer’s just A-posing towards you, and the fact that the Sniper is almost* unchanged, the sheer thought of snipers is already scary enough I suppose
Well Sniper does seem to have changed, on the third person perspective his head seems deformed, and when he kills you you can see that his legs don't seem very normal.
i think they first wanted to make it an actual scary horror game and when they finished creating a jumpscare for heavy they just thought "nah, let's make it funny" and proceed to make the other jumpscare hilarious as hell
i think the GMod/SFM style of being able to deform characters has the opportunity to look really unsettling with the right expressions and distortions, and it's really cool seeing that used here in this game :D

The Sniper jumpscare isn't as scary as the others. Not because it doesn't look freaky but rather being headshot by Snipers in TF2 kinda get you used to it and you just feel annoyed..
Something I find really interesting is that if you look in the background of scout and medics jumpscares you can see them being controlled by a physgun unlike the other mercs
I think that might just be a street lamp, but it still could be a possibility depending if they used Garry's Mod for animations, or just for the comic-like images. (As in, they *did* use Garry's mod, and therefore used the physgun for some animations between frames)
Spy forgot he had a disguise kit and didn’t even know he could be the strongest mutated monster out of all then he beats the shit out of them -secretly though.

He doesn't have a jumpscare. Demoman is completely harmless & stationary. He stands next to the gates, alerting the Medic whenever the player gets close.
I like to think that this game is based, apart from making a TF2 horror game, on how the Spy without being invisible or disguised is very vulnerable to any class, and that it is made as much as a meme as a real situation, or maybe it is my Main Spy mind saying: Fran, buy yourself a disk so you can download tf2 and addict the spy like crazy.
people keep asking - the demoman cannot kill you, he just makes noise when you get too close which alerts the medic. that is all he does.
