Premier League clubs should not be allowed to lose any money. They rake in more money now than they ever have, it's astronomical. If they made it that no club can lose money then that will bring down the ridiculous transfer fees and outrageous wages they pay the players

Let's say that they are forced to sell academy players, then they are gonna get badly lowballed because sides know they need to get rid of them. Or they could go worse, buy nobody, and wait for all their contracts to expire. Then Chelsea would be really screwed. No side is obligated to buy players off them.
That's not how the real world works mate. Supply and demand. Besides, a lot of these players already have set prices. Hall, Maatsen and Lukaku have buyout clauses that have to be met.

Because clubs can spend money outside of FFP constraints, Only wages and transfers are included. They can spend whatever they want on infrastructure, womnens team etc etc and lose 10 Billion if they want to.

Difference for chelsea is they have an academy (newcastle just ramped up theirs), chelsea has 200m higher revenue to start with.
