    Cocktails have always been a mystery to me when mixing. But when thinking of it in terms of ratios, it definitely does simplify things by a lot. Very good video!

    I enjoy mocktails, so i very much enjoyed learning what types of elements in taste I should use when building a non-alcoholic drink. Mixed drinks a so much fun and it'll be nice to know how to buld them at home.

    Not to nitpick.. I understand we're talking ratios here but I feel you forgot an important part of the negroni/blvdia and that's the citrus swath. It brings all those flavors together

    Campari also adds a chemical red dye, which is apparently ok with everybody.
