Indeed, Sammy is a highly knowledgeable and articulate individual. There is no question about his expertise in communication. However, upon meticulous examination, it becomes evident that his assertions are merely persuasive techniques and propaganda, lacking substance that would withstand scrutiny in a legal setting. My dear brother, do not be swayed by these tactics. Take a thorough look into the matter and you will come to realize that the Attorney General has not committed any wrongdoing. The NDC excels at presenting their arguments to the general public, but these arguments do not hold up in a court of law and are primarily intended to wipe public support for their supporters on the ground.

@@co7898 There were not simply errors in his statement, but rather intentional deceptions and propaganda aimed at tarnishing the reputation of the Attorney General in the court of public opinion. Mr. Jakpa's allegations, brought to light during cross-examination by his NDC counsel, were publicized by Sammy Gyamfi with his so-called 26-minute audio tape, which was conveniently distorted into a 16-minute tape. This begs the question, where are the remaining 10 minutes? Rest assured, those additional 10 minutes of audio would have vindicated the Attorney General from all the unnecessary fuss. Furthermore, Sammy incessantly emphasized that the Attorney General did not object to Jakpa's allegations during cross-examination, thereby insinuating guilt on the part of the AG and implying that he had nothing to say in response to the allegations. These tactics employed by Sammy are nothing more than deceptive attempts to undermine both the Attorney General and the government in relation to this case.

The boundaries of right and bad behavior has become so blurred that we no longer see the distinction between what would be seen as appropriate within any given context, and what's inappropriate, There is so much permissiveness in public life that bad operators are able to use laxity in collective judgement to go unpunished within the framework of law..

It is surprising to assert that the A-G could wait during cross examination and impugn the testimony of the third accused. Why then did the A-G decide to respond to that same testimony out of court? Why didn't he wait? Why did the A-G issue a press release. That assertion has no leg to stand on.
