- Will it Run ? Will It Start ? Will they Fit ? I haven't started the Death Charger in a year so Today I install a set of 44x18.50x16.5 Super Swamper TSL on a 1977 Dodge Ram Charger that has a 12 valve Cummins Turbo Diesel , NP 435 4 speed transmission, Dana 60 Front axle, Dana 70 rear axle, with 6.17 gears. Looks like it will take a whole lot of cutting to make these tires fit, but it sure looks cool!

Good ol 12 valve i dont think I'd have it in me to hack up those fenders duddie. You could always do a body lift if it comes down to it though.

Ohhh..... I would definitely make them 44's fit. Make some 2 X 8 rock slider's so you have a step. That's all it need's.

With all the flex those springs have you won't have fenders left after you cut it enough for those 44s 🎉. Get rid of those military wheels and get some 40s. You'll still need to cut along the body line for clearance
Well....... You are not wrong, This thing flexes a ton. I would have to hog out a lot of sheet metal to make these tire work. 40s and new rims would be best but dang they are proud of them for sure. Might have to do some thinking before I break out the saw blades. Appreciate it and Thanks For Watching!
Dad Use to have a 84 witch we still have k20 had the same dry rotted but 42 superswamper like those there where but ridiculously heavy

Do some trimming . Or slap old fenders on the front and hack them. I am probably going to remove my fenders but I have alot of rust.

It has the same turning radius as a dodge neon! that's terrible.😅
Yeah, but fixing an srt4s horrible turning radius is an easy fix with some 01/02 pt cruiser knuckles. Cutting up the death chargers sheet metal is a ton more work. 😂

No clue, its a custom lift with Chevy springs. maybe 6 to 8. Thanks for watching
Sheet metal is overrated. Sawzall go brrrrrrrt. Seriously though, the 44s will get close to the firewall at full stuff while turning, so have a plan for that if you decide to keep them.
