Coach Anthony this is Sensei and Kyosanim Juan. I’m former Amateur boxer in the 80s under none other that welterweight champion Kid Gavilan. Although I teach self defense, around using my BB in taekwondo, and BB in Okinawa Goju, and Brazilian jujitsu, my standup foundation is boxing. Having been in the fight game for 41 years I can tell your videos are outstanding. At 55 I don’t fight anymore, but I use your videos as a great tool to take me back to the foundation to tie all together with the knees, elbows and kicks when I teach my students. 46 living in Vista, CA, originally from BK, NY. Kickboxers a little as a teen and dabbled at Gleason's Gym after kickboxing. Did not have the right mindset back then to fight. Now, I want to get into Master's to reinforce the basic skills so that I can begin training the younger generation. Became a massage therapist and personal trainer many years ago, focused on mobility training and treatment, and now want to incorporate everything I know to help others.

@@catrichbillay1506 since you asked, I went strong for about 3 months. Got in decent sparring shape but didn't get to spar really cause protocols here prevented it, and didn't box or anything for a while. Fell out of shape.
Now, I'm back on it, going 2.5 weeks strong. In the gym, sparring, and loving it.
