1 roll of light puff
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sweetener
water

I may use cheese instead as pre made pastry turned out a bit salty. using the allowance 😊
At least I can explore the whole ouvre of slimming world recipes and SYN SIN philosophy.
Just made these for our slimming world taster session tomorrow....easy to do and yes yummy......I've coated half with a little icing sugar.....all looks very yummy, thank you👍

@@SynFreeandFull certainly is 🤩. I've always gone for the options hot chocolate not too many syns it's working I lost 3.5 lbs in weight last week. YAY. Back on the scales Friday yikes 😬
What Weight pastry as if you use the ready rolled some are 375g so it makes the 75 syns so it works out for the whole roll of pastry
