This video really helped 3yrs later, some channels were not showing and 1 was showing E48 error. We followed the instructions in the video and all the channels are now showing just by making sure the positive doesn't touch the earth😅 even MultiChoice staff could not figure out what was the problem.

hi e48 at your secondary could be the configuration of the index and the user bands check your lnb cable at the back of your decoder.
