Good laptop for the money. Camera was okay but the internal microphone sounded a little muffled. Agree with you about the soldered memory. It seems kind of funny that these manufacturers make it easy to get to the insides (no removing rubber strips etc.) but by soldering the memory they limit what one can upgrade in these PCs. Anyway as always another great review.

I know the 2x2 ac system works on my modem because that is what runs my Inspiron wifi. Then today I go to start it up in the morning, and the thing won't even load the login screen, then it starts making weird beeping sounds. On the phone to the techies again, nothing will get it working. I am now having it collected and returned for a refund. Will never buy Lenovo again. The screen on this machine is also very poor, the colours are all out of whack and there's this brownish hue to everything. Not to mention the lack of brightness. Although when it's actually working it it performs pretty well, overall I am really disappointed with this laptop..
