The Gemfields Sapphire Qld Australia

This trip Al meets some real interesting characters at the Gemfields west of Rockhampton and joins the tale of two 'Petes', large operator 'Pete' with his large machinery and small operator 'Pete' who still uses the old methods, both with their knowledge and techniques finely honed to help them find the best Sapphire.

my dad lived at the Willows for about 8 years, he found a few good stones, for me i like the yellows, hard to find the pinks where he was. nice video.
