It always amazes me how quickly zucchini goes from a delicate little morsel into a baseball bat waiting to be chopped up and baked.

My butternut squash are so small this year. No idea why they they stayed so small.
Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. That's how it goes sometimes. I have had varieties that do great one year and do terribly the next. It's a mystery....
