After watching this movie, I am starting to suspect that the Woman was the weird one as she had constant hallucinations, and over the course of the movie she turned increasingly paranoid because of them.
Most of the people in the movie seem normal and genuinely concerned about her health (Even the part where the doctor recommended her to abort the girl to save the twins made sense from a medical standpoint, it is much better to have a healthy child rather than 4 dead people)

Omg I hate how most of any modern movies with women being so desperate to become pregnant then eventually saying how once the baby is born they want to immediately go back to work & get ahead in there careers 😑 & practically dump the baby with a baby sitter .
Like if you were so worried about you're stupid career then why did you want to get pregnant so badly ????
Everyone in the history of the world knows babies are alot of work & you can't possibly balance work & child care .
I swear it's like the women in these movies , seriously just want babies as an accessory or because they think it's just some milestone they need to accomplish in life 😒

I have such mixed feelings about this movie. In one hand, I know it's happened in real life (fertility doctor switching out his patients' sperm specimens to use his own, absolutely fucking sick) but in the other, I hate how this movie was done. There's such a stigma around postpartum psychosis and to have things be only sort of talked about and a lot being blown off as "movie logic" instead of being smart about their usage of symptoms and the ending is annoying. Feels like they gave up. I'd rather see her getting therapy and the husband getting served divorce papers as he struggles to deal with the infant twins while he doesn't know where their mother is. Honestly, if it weren't for the birth certificates showing his name, he'd probably have to give the boys over to the doctor who I'm sure would go all Mengele on them, sicko that he is. Just a disappointment at best and at worst, it's a seriously bad attempt at a plot device that deserved better creators.
