Even if you have money to pay, most people don’t pay attention to details and you can give yourself your standard if you know how to do it. Children learning it young, is like playing to them. The metal work - beds, staircase and railings etc. did you design them yourself and what was the pricing? I’d be really interested in finding a good metal worker to build some things I design when I reach. 9 months to go until I retire, pack up my stuff and make the big move 😁🎉

Lazy bunch....teaching your kids to help out and giving them basic skills is a child labour. No wonder most of us in the west have become so lazy and depending on the system to provide housing and others. The bible says to teach a child how to grow, and when they are up there, they will not depart from it.
